Classic: Southside

 Ingredients

• 60 ml Diviners Outlier Gin
• 40 ml Lime
• 20 ml Syrup
• Mint (3x leaves when shaking, 1x when garnishing)

Method : Shake all ingredients vigorously. Double strain (to avoid mint bits) and garnish with one mint leaf (make sure to clap it to release the oils).
