- 45 ml Diviners Outlier Gin
- 20 ml Ginger Brown Sugar Syrup
- 10 ml Mirin
- 5 drops Sesame Oil
- 1 Soy Cured Quail Egg
- GARNISH: Candied Ginger and Pickled Ginger
Method: Shake with ice and fine strain into coupette.
