  • 20 ml Ginger Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 10 ml Mirin
  • 5 drops Sesame Oil
  • 1 Soy Cured Quail Egg
  • GARNISH: Candied Ginger and Pickled Ginger

 

Method: Shake with ice and fine strain into coupette.
